Thanks! I really like the frame details, color combination, and overall vibe.
My current plan is swap some wheels from another project and see how it fits. If it does i'll try my best to stick with a mostly French, mostly period correct build.
I will post more images and hope that somebody could guide me on the proper path with the restoration.
