Barry Hoban Women's Road Bike

Retro Newbie
Hi,

Just after a little advice.

I have a Barry Hoban women's road bike (early 1980's) that I have in the garage. It belonged to my mum but has always been a bit small for her. I did spend a little time tidying the bike up a little by putting some new grip tape and a more comfortable seat on it but it has still never really been used. Less the seat and grip tape the bike is still original with shimamo gears which still work great. The breaks are also still original but do need some attention. Judging by myself usually requiring a medium frame I would average this at a small, but I am not 100%.

I am not sure if there is a market for this type of bike or whether its best to just trade it in while evans cycles have their bike trade in going?

Any interest, advice etc would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks

Natalie

Could be worth £50 to £100 as its quite clean. However the bar tape has been very poorly done and the brake cables should not be underneath the tape. If the bar tape was redone you should get the price above.
