one-eyed_jim Old School Grand Master Feb 5, 2016 #3 Yep, it's a Pitlock security skewer. There's a unique tool that should have been sold with the bike. You can obtain a new tool from Pitlock, but you need the documentation with the unique number that identifies that particular skewer. https://www.pitlock.de/en/faq
