Nova Everest Freewheel - problem?

Hi,

I've come across a nearly new Nova Everest alloy 14-24 6 speed freewheel - bargain price £15 delivered.

However, one of the teeth on the 14 cog has a small chip (a couple of mm) out of the leading edge - does that make it un-useable?
Could I find a replacement 14 cog?

Any info appreciated.

Should make almost no difference at all. 6 speed systems were (are?) remarkably tolerant to stuff like this.
Unless the 14 has got itself bent as well.

Re:

Apart from the chip its almost new - original paint is slightly scuffed on teeth ends and comes in original box.

Looks NOS - certainly never been used in anger.

Shouldn't make much difference, file off any sharp edges that might tuck.

I dream of using a 14 tooth cog :)
