I just did a clearance and found an old F W Evans frame. The frame is a bit rusty with paint missing, I took it to a classic bike dealer and he told me to throw it away.
But it could really benefit from a total rebuild. Ok here are the specs.
1.Frame in ok cond but needs to be stripped and then re sprayed .I was told that the small oil nipple is missing and there is a small dent in the crossbar. The frame still has 2 bloody good sets of front and back breaks, chain handlebars ect. Its one of the lightest steel frames I ever saw. If you are interested make me an offer. Seriosly no reasonable one would be refused . As long as I knew someone was going to re build it.
