After a lot of searching; viewtopic.php?f=12&t=197483, I've finally found some information on my Toledo road bike. The nice people at the National Cycle Museum found a road test in an issue of one in 'Cycling', dated August 15th 1962.
They sent me a scan of the page, which I've uploaded to my photobucket page;

But I'd really like to get an original copy of the magazine, are there any cycle magazine collectors or dealers out there that might be able to help me?
