Had this bike several months, and still don't know what make it is. Anybody got any clues?

Hmm, a bit of a mixture of styles and fittings isn't it. Over bracket cable guides - 60's. Slotted BB shell - 70's(?). Handlebar control cable guides and 'aero' DT levers? Canti brakes - CX or Tourer? Pump pegs under TT - not CX? Brazed on Bottle Cage Bosses - 80's?

The oversized seat stay caps and slotted BB say Raleigh / Carlton but I have sen the same from M Steel, Joe Waugh and Dave Yates. I'd ask M Steel first
