Mystery Frame - help with ID please

Retro Newbie
Hello, This is my first post on this forum. I need some help with identifying a mystery british-built frame. The frame is a mixte style and badged as 531. There are stickers indicating that the frame is build with Haden Bros lugs and there is a serial number stamped on the bottom bracket starting with letter 'C' and ending with a letter 'F'. Some of the lugs have numbers stamped on them. The paintwork looks to be original but there are no makers transfers on the main tubes or the headtube. There is a transfer saying 'sabre' on the downtube but I suspect this has been added at a leter date. The components would indicate 1970 to early 1980s. Any help would be very much appreciated as I would like to restore the frame to original condition.

I attach some photos of the frame and lugs and can also supply frame number if this will help with identification

Thank you

marvin

Looks like a Mercian Campionissimo twinlat or a Bob Jackson. The Lugs are very similar to Carlton Crespera but are not and were used by the above two builders.

Thanks Midlife, nice looking Jackson that one....and very close to my frame. I'll give them a call I think.
