Was looking for a high quality 5 speed Freewheel to go on a '73 retro Carlton.
Wondering what would be a better bet in terms of :
Shifting, weight and longevity?
Shifter/ mech are Suntour V T Luxe

Regina Oro
Suntour Winner
Suntour Pro Compe

Or anything else ??

Those are expensive NOS choices :) If you are looking at new try Sunrace, made with Sturmey Archer kit filched from the UK.

Looking for Used - are some on the bay at the £20 scale - few less few
More . That's my budget and wanted a 70ies model.

Sun race are Heavy?

Problem is that if they are used then pound to a penny they will skip on a new chain. :( If you want light then it's alloy or titanium which get very pricey!

We used Regina Extra BITD as a solid choice of block.

Thanks Shaun
How about between the ones I listed above ? With my mech?

There is little to chose between them in quality, for the Suntour ones you need to check if they are Ultra and need a thinner chain,

Shimano do modern 5 speed freewheels but you need to take care that you pick the correct largest cig that your rear mech will take.
