Hi, I'm looking to replace the red paint in these brake arms.
Does anyone have any advice to get it right?!
Paint on and wipe off immediately?

I've done this a few times on pantographing. I find humbrol is the best paint to use. Paint over with a paintbrush then leave for around 4-5hrs to dry. So its dry but not rock hard dry, then I scrape away the surplus with a cocktail stick, that way you should get sharp, clean edges.

I didn't see this before I tried it!

I used Halfords touch up pair, painted it on then wiped it off with a tissue. Comes out quite well, I'll give it another cost then when it's dry I'll polish any remainder off.

I use Humbrol modeller's enamel paint which comes in the little tinlets. With a small brush paint into the grooves or pantographing and do not worry too much about paint getting on the top face. Take a kitchen towel, put a little white spirit on it and QUICKLY and POSITIVELY in one stroke wipe the paint off the top face. Let it dry and then do the next colour.
