What were we using in 1983?
Rebuilding the Raleigh Competition and trying to get it right.
It came with cloth but that's not to my taste. I immediately swapped it for shiny Benotto. That or a copy can be obtained but it wasn't comfortable. At some point I went to Bike ribbon. Was that about in the early 80's?
Finally this text should be in blue. Anyone seen a Competition in this colour?
