M mattr Old School Grand Master May 17, 2015 #2 Very unlikely, 1" was all but dead before 31,8 was even a glimmer in a marketeers eye. The last bike I saw with a 1" steerer (cervelo I think, aero road bike anyway) even came with a shimmed stem, on an ~£8000 build.
