Early Raleigh Record Ace?

Just swapped an old Giant Cadex frame for a Vintage Raleigh Record Ace which has been lovingly restored...... or at least I think I have??????
I'm not too knowledgeable on the RRA, and I can hardly make out the frame number, so I'd be interested in hearing if anyone on here could confirm if they think it's genuine?

Many thanks,

Thanks. Not sure if I should build up and use or sell? Dare say someone else will appreciate it, but want to know if it's genuine before I decide what to do.

Re:

Looks to me like a genuine RRA from late 1940s.
Should be butted 531 73 x 71 frame angles. Looks like some sleeve bottom bracket set, as there were Raleigh 26 TPI.

Re:

Thanks guys. Yes the bb is 27tpi, so that must have been modified? and there are 2 lugs below the rear brake bridge (but closer to the dropouts). As I look at pics on the link bagpuss posted and elsewhere, I'm quite confident in its authenticity. Now just need to decide what to do with it?
