Once a frame has been cold set in order to take a wider hub can you reset it by simply tightening up the drop outs in order to close the gap ?
I am having a chain alignment issue which I think is been caused by using a five speed block and then having a large spacer on the axle .The frame did have a 7 speed hub in it at one time .
The new set up is intended to be a Campagnolo 1st generation mech and a five speed block
