I recently have got back into cycling after 30yrs away :shock: anyway, I have picked up what I think is a Peugeot PKN10 in silver, I have had it about six months now and it is being used on a turbo trainer, now it's not original, it has different rims front and rear, Ofmega chainwheels, Shimano 600 arabesque RD and FD, Simplex down tube shifters which I believe are original, the rest is as it should be bar the saddle, my dilemma is do I try and restore it to original or is it acceptable to upgrade with period parts, I know it's mine and I can do what I like but I thought I would get some advice from people in the know as it were,
