Can stuff be powder coated in clear :?: Had a polished part on me bike which has been in the shed and it's corroded right bad!

I believe it can with a polyester clear powder coat with UV stabilisers to stop yellowing.

yep, no problem, can actually look really effective with a nicely fillet brazed frame
