Had a try at upsizing, but even using a fancy way the image is really too small to do that.
 
I love the headlights behind the grill on the RH car. Typical French - 'vive le difference!'

What make is it? Anyone know?

Oh, and the bike is nice too!

I reckon the larger car in the background is probably a Renault Viva or Vivastella, or a variant thereof:
