Saxon twin tube circa 1937

Its a tough one really because although its a 'bike', only the frame is original, but non original paint. I'd guess the £1500 Saxon was totally original including paint and thats where it gets its value. I'd say this is one for Ebay, what it makes is what its worth :)

The value of yours is almost entirely in the frame. your frame is smaller than average and therefore may not be as attractive as a 22" or 23". An un-restored Saxon Twin Tube recently sold on e-bay for circa £550. (This was in camouflage as a Jack Taylor which it is not and the head tube had been cut down). and in my view was over-valued. see below.
You have a nice paint job (but, with respect, incorrect head-badge). Given recent interest in Saxons, expect quite a bit of interest in yours and I would envisage that you would probably get more than the £550.... but as you probably know from ebay, prices go up and prices go down.
