i just bought a yellow turbo saddle for my banana bike but it has a few scuffs and cracking on the leather is there anyway to treat the leather?heres some photos:

I have been using Neatsfoot oil on my 30 year old black turbo saddle. It soaks it up and stops the leather drying out.
I am not sure what it would be like on a yellow saddle though.
 
You could try repainting the saddle with leather paint available for cars. Unsure though to how it would stand up to for cycling and sweat

I wanted a yellow leather saddle for my Graham Weigh but all the yellow ones I saw were the same sort of condition as your saddle so I eventually found a fabric black and yellow Selle San Marco EDS which I have fitted now
