Freewheel remover

Hi all,
Does anyone know the correct remover for this block?
The measurements are...

Outside measurement of removal ring is 26mm
Inside measurement of removal ring is 21mm
The gaps in the removal ring measure just over 7mm

I want to take it off to rebuild the wheel.

Tricky to see from the PIC but are the recesses for the tool actual recesses or are they just slots in the ring?

Looks like a standard Suntour 2 prong remover: https://www.google.co.uk/search?sourcei ... g&tbm=shop

Prone to slipping off when you try to use them - little tip, if you don't already do it, is to hold it on with a QR skewer or a nut on a solid axle.

Many thanks as ever for your reply. I'm pretty sure they're cut out sections to take a removal tool.

Lovely stuff, many thanks. I will get one of those tools, as it seems to be the right one.
Yeah, IKWYM about using a skewer to hold the tool on.

The early suntour freewheels had removers with two flat lugs which engaged the flat slots in the freewheel body, just like the regina and were a nightmare.......

The later ones had a better design where the lugs actually went into recesses and positively engaged the freewheel

Do you need the freewheel, if not then dismantle it and take the body off with a vice

I find that as long as you clamp it properly as suggested above Suntour freewheels come off pretty easily.
