It was an honour today to cycle alongside Sybil on her way to London by bicycle to pick up her MBE. She had I believe set up a accessible cycling project for disabled children in Cardiff. I stayed with her group of lovely friends for about 12 miles before heading elsewhere - including the Two Tunnels by Bath - on a glorious day.
!! the only true value we have is the help we give to other's... i reckon anyway.
