I have just acquired this 22” frame and I would like any info or help in identifying who may have built it. The frame has a serial number 19955 on the outside of the near side drop out and on the forks. The bottom bracket is made by RGF. The frame is light weighing 1970g and the forks 715g. The pump brackets seem to be stamped and the gear lever boss looks a little high on the down tube.
I would imagine the frame was made in 1955 from the serial number and rear seat stays and fork rake would seem correct.
