Help identifying Shimano downtube shifters

Can anyone identify these levers for me please? Came with a group-set I bought and I have never seen these before. There is a small '333' stamped on them.

Shimano triple 3 (333)

They were not part of a group set as such you just bought them to use.............. 70's issue and as near as you could get to campagnolo without actually having campagnolo stamped on them.

Came before the first gen Dura Ace ............

I guess I should have looked on Velobase rather than relying on memories from 40 years ago

I have some titlist mechs, I'll be interested if they have 333 on them ..........
