Bolts for vintage cottered chainset

I am looking for the size and thread/inch of the bolts used into vintage chain set to secure the chainwheel to the arms, as those depicted in the pictures.

Are they still available ?

From memory, the older Williams, and 5 pin types from about 1900 on, had square headed screws which were 3/16 inch by 32 TPI, the old 2BA is just slightly slack. The Williams sleeve fittings used the same thread, I am not aware of them being common to anything else.

The same 3/16 thread was used on British fork end mudguard eyes, not Raleigh.

Mine wheelchair has hexagonal bolt … still looking for a replacement.
This evening looking on ebay I found 3 bolts for replacement of CHATER LEA CRANKSET BOLTS VINTAGE 30/40/50 VINTAGE LIGHTWEIGHT RACING BIKE at the unbelievable cost of 25 pounds ….:( :(
