Help Identifying Lugs Please

Devout Dirtbag
I've just picked up this Graham Weigh and it has D shaped cut-outs in the lugs. Does anybody recognise these, or are they usual on Graham Weigh frames?
The tubing is Columbus Aelle and it has a Shimano 600 groupset.

I was going to say 'Dolan' - never thought about Deeside!

Give them a phone call, they may be able to confirm.

Thanks Excel / Ned,

I got in touch with them and the D is from when Diamant were building their frames and they were called Deeside Cycles.

I thought I'd seen those lugs before! Check this late 80s style Diamant frame.

The Columbus tubing is another giveaway - Diamant (or rather its frame makers, since it looks like Diamant tended to outsource manufacturing to smallish Italian frame builders) mostly used Columbus.

Now I'm officially Jealous. :D

Yes, I thought of Diamant as well but after I had posted. The seat stay tops and brazings don't look good enough for Dolan.
