I don't have much information to share, but didn't Emmelle make a Cougar many moons back? I take it we're not looking at a Dolan frame?

Thanks for the info, I have now looked up emmelle's cougar bikes and they do look similar so maybe you have found it in one. Only differences are the chain guard and also no emmelle's seem to have those handle bars. But I will keep looking and hopefully I will find something.
And as for the Dolan i don't think so as I can't find one with that back carrier.
