I have a new frame which is an EM OS Strada and its Columbus Brain decal is lifting...any advice on the best way to stick it down safely....what adhesive should i use?....Should i cover it in clear coat?...If so which one and how should i do that?.....I read somewhere that clear nail varnish would do the same job as clear coat is that true?.....All/any advice on the subject would be appreciated.....thanks in advance......Leon

I use clear nail varnish, it will stick down loose fragments and make a sealed top coat. I use a good artists brush rather than the nail brush :)

Thanks chaps.....what size brush would you suggest is best for this type of job?...or the finer the better?.....Brush material....anything or sable?

Re: Lifting/peeling decals and the best way to stick them do

Just a soft brush, the one I use is a No2 Sable but if its a large area you might want a bigger brush. Size 2 is about right for 531 decals :)
