Cycling Games

I've just caught the back end of an episode of 'Are You Being Served' where the staff had been transferred to the Toy Department. One of the toys they had was a game called 'Whirly Wheelers' which was basically a small track with 4 'riders'. I Googled it and came up with this website full of different cycling based games. An incredible number of them!

Does anyone have any of them? I can't recollect seeing any myself.

Thanks for the link - I'll pass it on to a mate of mine who isn't a cyclist but is a serious board game enthusiast!

Dad & I found this in a charity shop last winter:

Despite being the only non-cyclist in the family, Mum managed to win this one....and despite being the only competitive cyclist in the family, I managed to come last.

I was slightly disappointed to see that "Mudpluggers" was in fact MTB-themed, and not the CX-based game I was hoping for. :(

I wonder if there's any scope for a cycling-based version of "Guess Who?" in which you have to identify the dopers and non-dopers in a line-up of prominent '90s riders? ;)

I had the Sean Kelly board game - absolutely no idea what happened to it but I do recall it was absolutely rubbish!!

Good for you!

Bet it's not quite as big as this one.

Watch it all, it's HUGE!

Mine's not quite as big. This is half of it. Still a lot to be done before I can say it's 'finished'.

I have a good condition set of that 80s Milk Race Game in the loft. Saved from a charity shop a few years ago.

Free, Karma and for nothing :D to anyone who'll love it and inflict it on their kids/nieces/nephews/grandchildren etc.over Christmas. :xmas-wink:

PM if interested,

All the best,

That's coming along nicely but the question is where did you put the bikes that were blocking access to the layout?

Mark.
