 The shopper is at it again

Name the following as I'm having trouble, as usual. This british stuff is making my head hurt, it was so much easier when I was only interested in Super Record......

The hubs are British Hub Co. Airlite, large flange. (not high).
Top quality of their type, up till mid 1950s, then overtaken by FB and Campagnolo.
Don't recognise the stem.

Just noticed the rear is gear/fixed, no locking ring. Hope you have brakes.

yes, two brakes.......but not mine as yet.

I gave up riding a bike without brakes when I was 10.

British Hub Co also made a "Racelite" which was virtually the same as the "Airlite". Stem looks a bit GB spear point ish but isn't .............

Stem's steel, but has been painted with aluminium paint as it had flakey chrome.

this Airlite hub was often called a "Continental" due to the popular style of the day and trackies back in the day ran them on oiled bearings as opposed to greased so they spun more freely......the stem looks like a handbuilt one, some of the top marques (Gillott, Hetchins et al) built steel stems with the lug pattern being similar to the head lugs on the frames they sold, that style shown is reminiscent to the Hetchins Mountain King but I'm not 100% on this!

He said it came with the frame when he ordered it and he also had this done.

Apparently it was made as a special for him in 1951.

Those seat stays look a bit Ephgrave like......not quite a lollypop but classy :)
