Looks like a basic Raleigh from just after Phillips bought Raleigh, 1960.

Well I agree... It's been offered to Jeano for sale - we're trying to work out what it is and whether its worth it.

At first I suspected it was just a gas-pipe job from the 80s but then we looked at the brakes and lugs and realised that it was probably older and someone had tried to update it.

And I thought we should ask the experts. What do you guys think?

It's a "gas pipe job" from about 1960ish. Just a sprinkle of Phillips parts.
