Real Pinnarello?

I bought this as a first full restoration road frame, Never done one before so I thought I'd give it a whirl,

Dunno if this is real or not and if it's not I'd rather not restore it as a Pinnarello,

Can anyone tell me if it's genuine or not please?

Did Pinnarello do riveted headbadges?

Seat stay tops look Raliegh-ish. I doubt that an Italian frame would have such 'chunky' ones? They all seem to be slender and often fluted.

SEat post size is 27.2mm
