Where can I get a 33t chainring for an old 105 crank?I want to put the existing inner 42t on the outside and stick a 33t on the inside, its 5 bolt 130 BCD.

smallest you can fit on a 130 bcd is 38 and that's a tight fit, normally its 39

you'd need a modern compact for a 33 I guess

A 38/42 should work ok, but a difference of only 4t between chainrings is not a lot. You might get better ratios if you change the freewheel or cassette, depending what sprockets you have now.

personally, I'd get onto the MTB sales section on retrobike and get an old MTB chainset (probably the 4 arm model, as they starting using lower ratios) and ditch the inner ring. So you'll end up with something like 32/42
