Is this old Peugeot a good buy?

I'm thinking of going to have a look at it in a couple of hours, I don't need another one but for the price it looks ok.

I'm struggling to find any info on it online; the only ones I can find with internal cable routing (which you can see on the second picture) have completely different decals.

Also it looks like a Reynolds sticker on the downtube.

Worth a punt?
 
i think you will find its HLE sticker not a reynolds one but at that price or less you shouldnt loose money
 
It looks like a fairly low end bike, but fair value. The Carbolite Peugeots ride quite well, but are made from heavy seamed tubing, and internally brazed without lugs, the mass produced system would not be possible with thin walled tubes.
Assuming this from what I can see in the pics.
