is there not a shimano code stamped on the band or levers ? i would guess 80's but unsure what model

Can't really tell by looking - are they stem or down tube mount? Best guess without more info is early 80's, and the present of the stylized S logo usually denotes quite low in the range. I think they're quite pretty though.
