Mavic SSC Calipers - cartidges

I've got a pair of these due in the post, sans pads and brake cartridge - http://crev.vo.llnwd.net/o42/roadbikere ... _28360.gif

I know they are Campag compatible but am I right thinking they would take Shimano OEM or Shimano fit brake cartridges?

I'm 99% certain that the original mavic pad holders as shown in the pic take shimano style pads, not campagnolo (I didn't change the pads in mine for ages). But you can use any pad holder you like. Do you need just the pads, or pads+holders?

Cheers Foz - it's knowing what sort of cartridges fit. Funnily enough...I had a pair on a bike from a few years ago, ran it for a couple of seasons; no significant wear whatsoever on the brake pads, sold the bike and have regretted letting go of them ever since. They are excellent and the I just need to know if they will fit bog standard Shimano cartridges or if I am going to have to root out a set of the proper Mavic ones.

Definitely Shimano fit blocks - I have a pair on one of my bikes.
