What's a good weight for a bike?

Thought I'd weigh my Basso and was wondering what sort of weights bikes such as mine were and if its a clue to tubing etc? I know components makeup 80% so what do late 80s early 90s steel bikes in rideable spec weigh?

Basso was 22lb by the way.

What's a good weight?

Makes more sense knowing the weights road ready

All weights are road ready with pedals, bottle cage(s), seat packs etc.

Focus Cayo (carbon) .....................20LBS 1oz

Ridley (track)...............................16LBS 6oz

Graham Weigh (853 tubing)................20LBS 12oz

ALAN Super Record (aluminium)...............................21LBS 5oz

Peugeot (Carbolite tubing)..........................26LBS 3oz

Certainly not lightweight but it's very comfortable

9.5kg as ridden but that does not include a saddle pack as I don't always use it as it spoils the look.

Average otp weights bitd were 22lbs for a 531 framed bike and about 20lbs for 753.
