Campag spares help

Friend of of mine has a Campag Mirage 8 speed rear mech (97/98 range) that has a snapped cable adjuster bolt.

Unfortunately trying to source one locally is proving difficult.

Any ideas guys?

I know it isn't very retro but the guy is off the road because of that one bit.
