I don't have the same bike but am 5' 11" and my 58.5cm similar era steel framed roadie is a little on the small size for me. It took me a long time to find a period correct seatpost long enough and I'm running a long 130mm stem. I have 33" inside leg (longer than average) but not gibbon arms. Looks good though, to me.
