Vintage steel frame - good investment?

Hi again.

I have been on the lookout for a nice steel frame and saw this one come up in Germany.

I was wondering if anyone could advise me whether this is the genuine article and what a sensible upper valuation might be?

Seems like it would make a great project on the face of it...

Looks like the genuine article to me, I don't know what your intentions for the frame are :?: With 7hrs to go and 75 was it bids :?: I would expect a final push on this in the last 10mins and the price to go silly but you never know

As for upper value :?: How long is a piece of string :?: What is it worth to you is the question you should be asking yourself :?:

Looks authentic, but not for me with that dodgy chrome...if it were painted with just ageing chrome on forks or stays then not a problem...you could pick up something super nice nice without going to fleabay Germany!
