The Polish Panto Butcher discovers coloured Tipex

Absolutely superb. I believe this is called "adding value".

I'm trying to work out what he's done. It's a smooth crank surface but a rough paint finish. Even a course grit wouldn't leave it that dimpled.

Interesting that he has 100% feedback.

Words fail me.

I think it's some sort of self-texturing paint, a bit like Hammerite
He is using a mini sand blaster! The sort a modeller uses and the compressor is quite tiny!!

I used to have one and its great for removing rust from bike/nuts/bolts/washers etc etc or even a bit bigger bits,
Using the compressor set at its highest and using the coarsest grade sand gets you that affect on the cranks.

anti-slip paint? (that's what the texture looks like) - the stuff they paint the edges of concrete steps with.

There's two of the buggers - bloody family business - no shame and they're prepared to advertise there names - Barbara & Robert - they're obviously extremely proud of these 'efforts' - diabolical.

Can you imagine turning up at the local event with your frame dripping in that crap - you'd get laughed out of the club!
