Nice frame but this mix of '80s and '90s parts looks somewhat strange.
What is totally out of place is the saddle.

i have to agree. a nice rolls saddle in black would set your bike off as would a nice pair of traditional gum wall tyres. the brake levers look a bit low on the curve of the bars - get a straight edge running along the bottom flat section of the bar and extend it towards the front of the bike - the lever tip shouldn't be any lower than that extended line.

here's a link to the tyres and the saddle to make that colnago a real retro beauty . .

Well, saddles are pretty personal... wasn't it customary once to have one saddle that adapted itself to your anatomy, and that you swapped between bikes until doomsday (yours or the saddle's)? I reckon if a pelvis craves a Brooks perch it should be humoured- Colnago or not. Nobody sees it when your riding anyway.

Regarding the brake levers- if those bars are Cinelli 65 or any similar bend, which they look to be, you won't get the levers much higher without having their tips 'ride out', because the bend curves inwards quite sharply not far above that..
