Hello all, I am currently collating parts for a sprint bike & have recently bought a pair of FIAMME tubular rims, the outside diameter of which is 635mm. What size tubular tyre do I need? is a 700 too big? I've noticed on some old tyres they say 23-28, does that mean they will stretch from a 23" to a 28" or am I being silly and this refers to a 23mm wide tyre to fit a 28" wheel? (mixing measuring systems just for fun) I'm completly new to tubular tyres & my appologies if these questions have been asked before, all light hearted ribbing will be taken squarly on the chin....
