Is it a Delta brake spring?
I can't find any info on the Internet apart from an old Ebay listing.

Also, what year(s); and are they front and back?

I have a packet of 5 NOS springs.

The later Crocs with the 5-point mechanism were reported to be the best functioning Deltas
