1. I would say the bidding is maxed out at $900, but this seller's stuff seems to go higher than the average (probably because he is a known source who also ships to Asia)

2. looks fully clothed to me
 
It's a joke, sorry

"Proper" is sometimes used as an euphemism for being clothed.

But about the Master I believe this is one of the first years it was made so perhaps this explains the bidding war.

It looks nice but I'm gonna pass. If another bike enters the house I could be in trouble. I wonder how much it will go for.

Same here however I WILL be in trouble if another bike/frame arrives and I already have a Master Olympic anyway :D
