Replace Campagnolo chainring pin?

I have a nice panto'd SR chainring that I'd like to use, but it seems to have had its chainring pin (the lil nub that sits on the ring behind the crank arm) gone missing. Does anyone have experience/tips on how to replace it?

As long as your front mech is adjusted correctly you don't need that pin, although the first time it goes amiss then you will wish it were there. It looks like it is held in with a rivet so if you still have the pin an appropriately sized tapered screw should hold it.

The pin is a later addition, none of my vintage chairings have it.........just get used to picking out the chain jammed between the crank and the outer ring :D

Or as above fudge a replacement :)
