Thought I'd ask this question in this section as well as the MTB.
I was wondering, I have a lovely set of Phil Wood hubs on Campag Atek rims, the rear hub takes a freewheel, and I'm not familiar with different screw on freewheels.
What would be the Shimano XTR or other top of the range of lightweight freewheels which would suit the Phil hub and which would be Shimano XT Thumbies and rear mech compatible?
Either retro or present.
Well anything around the 390g or less mark rather than the usual 500g for a freewheel would do.
One which doesn't weigh a ton. And is very high quality

Regina SL 1992 - would these work with my Shimano mech and shifter set up?
And a modern variety?
Any ideas?
