This is up for sale, and again, I´m intrigued...

But... Who is Paletti?

What did he do (other than bikes, was he a famous rider?

Where is Paletti from? I assume Italy.

And why are there so few information on the web?

Any information will be appreciated. :-)

Cicli Paletti still exists, they have a website.

Definitely Italian.

Looks really cool with those crimped tubes.

There are literally hundreds of these small boutique Italian manufacturers. Maybe they
can make enough to survive by focusing only on the Italian market, and/or doing contract work
for bigger firms.

thanks for the info. it does look cool and is equipped with Shimano 600EX SIS. it has no rear wheel though (wheel in pics. is 3 speed internal hub) but it is very cheap. worth buying?

Whether you want to buy it depends on condition, fit and price of course,
but if you want something unusual, I'd go for it. Shimano 600EX seems to
be a decent groupset too.
