Raleigh team Colours

I've just been browsing the net and looking at peoples restorations of old TI Raleigh's and as i had always assumed most are the red,yellow and black but i've come across a frameset that was for sale on ebay a while back with all the team decals on but the main colour of the frame tubes were blue?.

My question is was there another Raleigh team apart from the Dutch team that used these colours or was it just someones personal choice to do it in blue?. I must say it looks very nice and it has given me ideas for a old frame that's been hanging around for a long time.

I'll try and post the pic up on here later unless someone has pics they can put up,maybe someone on here actually has the frame?,who knows.

Raleigh team bikes...TI-Raleigh (Dutch), effectively replaced by Raleigh-Panasonic (Dutch), and the British squad Raleigh-Weinmann.

Raleigh USA livery was red maintubes with a black rear triangle and fork, Castorama also used Raleigh bikes (these were white - essentially).

Not seen a team bike, official or otherwise in blue. Although any number of amatuer teams might have used Raleigh framesets.
