I bought a used Regina freewheel with a 23T largest cog and decided a 24T was a better option so bought a NOS cog off ebay , anyway its slightly too small and has 6 "splines" unlike the freewheel body that ony has 3 . Does anyone here know much about them ? cheers Ian

Can't pretend I know a lot about them, but there were certainly multiple different models and types.
Regina Extra was the basic model I think, and mass produced. Other models might not be compatible.

There is some discussion on Bikeforums here:

Good luck,
