Crankset/ Chainset help advise please

Hi there can anybody advise me on the make era and value of the below Crankset,
Ive inherited it from a family member, any advise would be superb

looks like a williams chainset,fluted cranks, fitted to a lot of early sports road bikes single and 5 gear models, there's a code which i cannot read, poor pic, if you google williams chainset date codes.. you may happen on the list.. again could be late 40's to 70's worth depending on good chrome condition maybe 30 stg.. will
 
Just had a look on the williams date code site, this one is dated 1967, I have another chainring in better condition, dated 1957.
